Via onPhilanthopy: AP News reports that former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld will be setting up a foundation to attract people to public service. Here’s an excerpt from the foundation’s newly-published funding guidelines:
Projects that demonstrate that something hasn’t happened are always interesting to the Rumsfeld Foundation. There are known knowns we’ll fund; there are things we know we know we’ll fund. We also know there are known unknowns we’ll fund; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know we’ll fund. Please attach a Form 990 to your proposal.

LOL, i.a.t., I dug your scribe. There's no doubt the man's signifying. He used to be part of an ultra-violent gang of thugs called The Current Administration, but I guess they decided he wasn't hipped to the tip. Now he's doing foundation work and writing raps, like this one, based on his poem Happenings:">http://www.slate.com/id/2081042/">Happenings:
You're going to be told lots of things.
You get told things every day that don't happen.
It doesn't seem to bother people, they don't—
It's printed in the press.
The world thinks all these things happen.
They never happened.
Everyone's so eager to get the story
Before in fact the story's there
That the world is constantly being fed
Things that haven't happened.
All I can tell you is,
It hasn't happened.
It's going to happen.
Well, we've been warned.
